6-year-old female with type IIB supracondylar fracture:
(A) AP radiograph of the left elbow demonstrates a transverse fracture of the supracondylar humerus (arrow) with rotation and impaction of the lateral cortex (arrowhead).
(B) Lateral radiograph demonstrates the fracture (dashed arrow) and posterior hinging of the fracture with posterior angulation of distal fracture fragment. There is a joint effusion (*) and soft tissue swelling.Do you want to add Medilib to your home screen?
