Macrocystic type I CPAM at 26 weeks of gestation
Axial ultrasound (A) demonstrates multiple hypoechoic cysts within the chest. Axial (B) and sagittal (C) T2w magnetic resonance images demonstrate multiple high signal cysts in the right mid lung. There is no mediastinal shift. The normal lung surround the mass and easily delineated from the cystic mass. No feeding vessel and no hydrops were identified.
CPAM: congenital pulmonary airway malformation.
