A) Enchondroma of the distal femur demonstrates flocculent matrix resembling rings, or Cs and Os. Calcification is concentrated in the center of the lesion. B) Heterotopic calcification in a bone infarct. The calcification is mainly in the periphery of the lesion and has a wavy or serpentine appearance.
