Idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension (IPAH)

Chest radiograph shows centralization of pulmonary vascular flow. The main pulmonary artery segment and the central, hilar pulmonary arteries are dilated. The peripheral pulmonary vasculature is "pruned."
