Granuloma annulare, localized

A 27-year-old presented with a 9-month history of a solitary, slowly enlarging, annular patch of granuloma annulare 10 cm in diameter on the right hand. It has 1 to 1.5 mm skin-colored papules at the periphery and complete clearing in the center of the lesion.
