Billroth II gastrectomy

Schematic representation of the relationship between the afferent and efferent limbs of the gastrojejunostomy and the ampulla of Vater following Billroth II reconstruction. During endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, the landmarks of the ampulla are inverted by 180º compared to their location in native anatomy.
