Pemphigus foliaceus

Pemphigus foliaceus lesions exhibit erythema, scaling, and crusting. The face and scalp are often the initial sites of involvement. The scalp and periauricular lesions resemble those of seborrheic dermatitis in this patient with pemphigus foliaceus.
