Cricoarytenoid disease in rheumatoid arthritis

Inspiratory and expiratory flow volume loop in a patient with bilateral vocal cord palsy secondary to cricoarytenoid disease. Both forced inspiratory and forced expiratory flow are decreased, but there is more marked reduction in inspiratory flow.
