(A) Low-grade mucoepidermoid carcinoma. Cystic spaces with variably sized solid nests of tumor, all composed of a mixture of squamous, mucinous, and intermediate epithelial neoplastic cells. (B) Low-grade mucoepidermoid carcinoma. Solid tumor nests with an ectatic center showing squamous differentiation, surrounded by mucin-containing glandular cells and polygonal intermediate cells.
