VSD malalignment of long axis 2D still frame

This parasternal long axis view demonstrates anterior malalignment of the conal septum (CS) when compared with the plane of the trabecular septum (IVS), resulting in aortic override and subpulmonary stenosis in this patient with tetralogy of Fallot.
