AP plain radiograph and magnetic resonance image (MRI) of a a giant cell tumor involving the proximal tibia in a 33-year-old man. The joint is not invaded by the tumor and soft tissue extension of the mass is clearly demonstrated. There is no skip lesion within the tibia.
