Interstitial pneumonitis

Chest computed tomography scan in a patient six months after liver transplantation reveals both interstitial and consolidative infiltrates. This pattern suggests a dual infection with cytomegalovirus and Pneumocystis jirovecii, both of which were documented by transbronchial biopsy.
