Chondroblastoma of the knee

Intercondylar (Tunnel), Knee, Chondroblastoma. A well-defined radiolucent lesion is present within the medial femoral condyle (arrows). This lesion was almost nondetectable on the routine anteroposterior view but is shown more clearly on the intercondylar view, because the femoral surface is less tangential to the incident beam.
