Pathology of granuloma annulare (H&E 100x)

This fully formed, necrobiotic granuloma is situated in the upper dermis, and the acellular material can be seen to perforate the epidermis (perforating granuloma annulare) at the right side of the photomicrograph (H&E 100x).
