Mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the trachea

Computed tomographic scan demonstrates tracheal lesion and paramediastinal lung fibrosis from previous radiation therapy for invasive thymoma. Histology demonstrates a mixture of mucin-producing columnar cells, epidermoid (squamous) cells, and polygonal intermediate cells.
