Supracristal ventricular septal defect short axis two-dimensional and color
Supracristal ventricular septal defect short axis two-dimensional and color
The proximity of the supracristal ventricular septal defect (arrow) to the pulmonic valve and the relationship to the tricuspid valve can be seen from this short axis window. As the imaging plane changes, the aortic valve leaflets come into view over the LVOT.
VSD: ventricular septal defect; RV: right ventricle; TV: tricuspid valve; LVOT: left ventricular outflow tract; PV: pulmonary valve; RA: right atrium; LA: left atrium.
