Embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma
Classic embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma is composed of typical rhabdomyoblasts arranged in sheets and large nests, with infrequent intermixed fusiform cells. The typical rhabdomyoblast has moderate to deeply eosinophilic cytoplasm, representing poorly formed myofilaments (H&E, 200x original magnification).
