Scrotal hypospadias and bifid scrotum in an 46,XY infant with Denys-Drash syndrome. This syndrome is characterized by the triad of progressive kidney disease, Wilms tumor, and undervirilization of the external genitalia in affected males. It is usually associated with a mutation in the WT1 gene.
