Scapular strengthening exercise - "L"
(A) Position the arms to form an "L." Hold arms bent with upper arms and forearms parallel to the floor.
(B) Rotate the arms so that the hands are pointed toward the floor. Hold for a second or two, then return to the starting position; repeat 10 to 15 times.
