* The revised trauma score utilizes respiratory rate, systolic blood pressure, and Glasgow coma score. Unlike the trauma score, it does not include subjective variables such as respiratory effort and capillary refill. The revised trauma score is the sum of the values given for each parameter. Triage to a trauma center is recommended for patients with a score of ≤11.
