Croup: Anteroposterior radiograph with "steeple sign"
Anteroposterior (AP) radiograph of the neck in a child with croup, demonstrating the characteristic tapering of the upper trachea ("steeple sign"). While this finding is characteristic of croup, it can be simulated by differing phases of respiration even in healthy children.
