(A) Biopsy proven squamous cell carcinoma of the left preauricular area. (B) After delineation of the clinical lesion, a curette is used to debulk the lesion. (C) Using a blade angled at 45 degrees, a saucerized excision is performed with reference nicks at 12 and 6 o'clock.
