Meniscus tear arthroscopy

(A) Displaced bucket-handle tear of the medial meniscus as viewed from anterolateral portal.

(B) After reduction of a displaced bucket-handle tear of the medial meniscus, the zone of injury can be determined. This particular tear in the body (area between arrows) is through the peripheral third of the meniscus (red-red zone).
