Right frontoparietal infant-type hemispheric glioma

Infant-type hemispheric glioma. T2/FLAIR axial (A) and T1 postcontrast sagittal (B) MRI shows a large, heterogeneously enhancing mass involving the right frontal and parietal regions roughly measuring 11 × 7 × 9 cm. There is an asymmetrical enlargement of the left lateral ventricle and 1 cm midline shift from right to left. Susceptibility-weighted imaging (C) shows areas of dark susceptibility artifact throughout the tumor compatible with tumoral blood products.
