CT chest of 7-month-old with Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia

Diffuse interstitial and airspace disease throughout the lungs. There is mosaic attenuation with diffuse ground-glass opacities and interlobular septal thickening throughout the lungs with a more consolidative appearance in the bilateral posterior lower lobes.
