for early gastric cancer. Examination with white light endoscopy revealed a 12
mm IIa+IIc lesion that was located near the incisura angularis of the stomach
(A). Linked color imaging demonstrated marked redness with a pink pale
background mucosa (B). Indigo carmine dye spraying clearly delineated the
lesion’s margin (C). Blue light imaging with 1.5 times magnification revealed a
demarcation line with irregular microvessels (D).
