Pediatric-type diffuse high-grade glioma, H3-wildtype and IDH-wildtype

Pediatric-type diffuse high-grade glioma, H3-wildtype and IDH-wildtype
3 separate examples of pediatric-type diffuse high-grade glioma, H3-wildtype and IDH-wildtype, involving the left thalamus (A), right temporal lobe (B), and left cerebellum (C). All 3 examples show a T2-hypertintense infiltrative mass lesion with heterogeneous enhancement. In all cases, DWI and ADC images demonstrate restricted diffusion within the enhancing margins of the tumor.
ADC: apparent diffusion coefficient; DWI: diffusion-weighted imaging; FLAIR: fluid-attenuated inversion recovery; H3: histone 3; IDH: isocitrate dehydrogenase; MRI: magnetic resonance imaging.
