Mean changes in body weight and systolic blood pressure with tirzepatide

Mean changes in body weight and systolic blood pressure with tirzepatide
Figures A and B show changes in mean body weight (kg; A) and mean systolic blood pressure (mmHg; B) from a randomized trial of once-weekly tirzepatide at 5, 10, and 15 mg doses versus placebo. Participants included 2539 adults with a body mass index of ≥30 kg/m2 or ≥27 kg/m2 and at least 1 weight-related complication, excluding diabetes. Data are shown from time of randomization to 72 weeks. Error bars indicate 95% confidence intervals. Data were derived from a mixed model for repeated measures (MMRM) including all observed values during the 72-week treatment period.
