Cervical pregnancy: Magnetic resonance image

Sagittal T2 weighted magnetic resonance image demonstrates cervical pregnancy at 16 weeks gestation with ballooning of the lower uterine segment (dashed arrows). No measurable closed cervix is seen and the fundal uterine cavity is empty with decidual reaction (arrow). Neither the fetus nor mother survived.
