Posterior detachment with vitreous hemorrhage

(A) Fundus photograph of a patient with recent posterior vitreous detachment with mild vitreous hemorrhage. On examination, patient was noted to have superior retinal break, which was not captured on the photo.

(B) 4 weeks after treatment. Fundus photograph showing Weiss ring of posterior vitreous detachment with laser scar around superior break. Also note complete resolution of vitreous hemorrhage that was covering the macula.
