Midshaft radius fracture with dorsal displacement of ulna
These plain radiographs show an angulated, midshaft radius fracture (thick arrows) associated with significant dorsal displacement of the ulna (arrows). The combination of a midshaft radius fracture and significant disruption of the distal radioulnar joint is commonly referred to as a Galeazzi fracture.
