Air embolism
A large air embolus as seen on ME 4 chamber view on TEE. Note the enlarged right atrium and ventricle with a poorly mobile right ventricular free wall and reduced tricuspid excursion. Large amounts of air bubbles are also visible throughout the right atrium and ventricle.
