Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease on computed tomography
Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease on computed tomography
Axial (A) and coronal (B) noncontrast CT through the kidneys
demonstrate replacement of the kidney parenchyma predominantly by simple cysts
of varying sizes. Several lesions are of higher attenuation (arrows), usually
indicating hemorrhagic content; without contrast material, solid lesions are
not adequately assessed.
