US of the right kidney with color and pulsed wave Doppler (A) shows a vascular lesion in the central kidney with high velocity, turbulent flow. Axial CT shortly after contrast administration (B; arterial phase) and after a delay (C; venous phase) show that the lesion consists of a tangle of vessels that enhance like the aorta.
