(A) 66-year-old female with a history of pulmonary tuberculosis presents with productive cough, weight loss, and large volume hemoptysis. Left upper lobe cavity with aspergilloma seen on chest x-Ray. The diagnosis of chronic cavitary pulmonary aspergillosis was made. Voriconazole was started.
(B) Chest x-Ray 18 months after voriconazole was started. The aspergilloma has reduced in size.
