Sarcoidosis: Typical computed tomography (CT) findings

Coronal high-resolution CT image in a 37-year-old woman demonstrates numerous small nodules involving predominantly the upper lobes. The nodules are located mainly along vessels and interlobular septa (arrows). Also noted are multiple nodules along the interlobar fissures (dashed arrows).
