Eligibility for the NATALEE trial
Adult patients with hormone receptor-positive/HER2-negative early breast cancer
Prior endocrine therapy allowed up to 12 months
Any of the following:
Anatomic stage IIA
  • N0 with:
    • Grade 2 and evidence of high risk:
      • Ki-67 of at least 20%
      • Oncotype DX Breast Recurrence Score of at least 26, OR
      • High risk via genomic risk profiling
    • Grade 3
  • N1

Anatomic stage IIB

  • N0 or N1

Anatomic stage III

  • N0, N1, N2, or N3
HER2: human epidermal growth factor 2.
