(A) Fifty-five year-old female with right upper lobe cavity that formed two years after right upper lobectomy for actinomycosis.
(B) Eighteen months later, an aspergilloma is discernible in the cavity. Given the progressive appearance, this is classified as chronic cavitary pulmonary aspergillosis.
