7-year-old female with type III fracture:
(A) AP radiograph of the right elbow demonstrates a comminuted, transverse fracture of the supracondylar humerus with complete medial translation of the distal fragment.
(B) Cross-table lateral radiograph demonstrates posterior translation greater than one full shaft width of the distal fragment with complete discontinuity of the fracture fragments.
