24-week female fetus. Dynamic bSSFP MRI performed as a thick slab to include both legs show movement at the left hip, knee and ankle, including ankle plantarflexion (gas pedal movement). The included right ankle and foot shows occasional dorsiflexion at the ankle, but additional focused imaging would be needed to prove that plantarflexion is also present.
