Enhanced myometrial vascularity following first-trimester pregnancy loss
Transvaginal ultrasound with color Doppler demonstrating EMV in a patient with persistent bleeding following first-trimester pregnancy loss. The patient was managed with suction curettage and pathology was consistent with retained products of conception. Following uterine evacuation, the patient's bleeding ceased.
