Chordoid glioma

Chordoid glioma
41-year-old with pathologically proven chordoid glioma arising from the anterior third ventricle. Transverse axial T2-weighted (A), FLAIR (B), and T1-weighted (C) MRIs demonstrate a well-circumscribed mass (*) with associated edema in both optic tracts (arrows in B). After contrast administration, transverse axial (D), sagittal (E), and coronal (F) T1-weighted images show homogeneous tumor enhancement.
FLAIR: fluid-attenuated inversion recovery; MRI: magnetic resonance imaging.
