77-year-old with diffuse glioma. On axial FLAIR MRI sequences, abnormal hyperintense signal primarily involves gray matter of cingulate gyrus (A), anterior insula (B), and both temporal pole and neocortex (C) and has a characteristic infiltrative appearance.
