Laparoscopic myomectomy: Placement of adhesion barrier

At the close of laparoscopic myomectomy, the pelvis and abdomen are irrigated, the fluid is suctioned, and measures to prevent adhesion formation may be applied; however, the safety and effectiveness of these barriers in laparoscopic surgery have not been established.
