Double Pringle Maneuver

Vascular control of the portal triad, known as the Pringle maneuver, can be obtained with a Rommel tourniquet and/or a vascular clamp. Both can be used for simultaneous proximal and distal control, which is referred to as the "double Pringle maneuver."
