(A) HRCT at the level of the upper lobes in a 51-year-old man shows bilateral central traction bronchiectasis, mild peribronchial and subpleural reticulation, and a few small subpleural nodules. (B) Coronal reformation demonstrates the marked upper lobe predominance of the fibrosis with associated volume loss and superior displacement of the hila.
