Atrial fibrillation. 12-lead ECG shows an irregularly irregular rhythm. Discrete P waves are not seen, and there is fibrillatory atrial activity, best seen in lead V1. The average heart rate is 102 bpm, with a normal axis, QRS duration, and QTc interval, and with nonspecific ST-T changes.
