Assisted shoulder flexion with pulley

Assisted flexion is used as part of the rehabilitation program for several shoulder conditions. In this example, a pulley with a weight at the opposite end is used to help lift the affected arm upward. Movement is gradual and limited to a pain-free range of motion.
