Cytological features of CAR-T cells

Cytological features of CAR-T cells
The morphology of circulating CAR-T cells may demonstrate activated/atypical features that should not be confused with circulating malignant cells. The first three panels illustrate circulating CAR-T cells (Wright-Giemsa stain), while the panel in the lower right illustrates flow cytometry with CD3 (vertical axis) and anti-idiotype antibody specific for CTL019 (horizontal axis).
