Cap-assisted endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography

Use of a cap-fitted, forward-viewing endoscope facilitated visualization and cannulation of the papilla during endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography in a patient with Billroth II gastrectomy.
